Acupuncture & TCM is an ancient Chinese health practice that is an effective, safe and holistic approach to healthcare.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treats disorders by balancing and regulating the different hormonal, nervous, immune, and circulatory systems of the body and involves: Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Tui Na (Chinese massage) and Qi Gong (exercise & energy healing techniques, meditation).
Acupuncture provides drug-free pain relief and can treat an array of acute and chronic ailments. Most of all, it is a holistic approach to the treatment of diseases, linking the body, mind and emotions.
Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Acupuncture and TCM can treat a wide range of ailments including:
- fertility support
- stress, depression
- musculoskeletal injuries
- menstrual problems, menopausal syndrome
- headache, migraine
- arthritis
- pain relief
- back, neck pain
- sciatica
- insomnia
- and more…
What to Expect:
An acupuncture treatment involves
- Client History
- Diagnosis
- Treatment tailored to your individual needs
While you are having your acupuncture treatment, you will also be treated with traditional Chinese massage.
During an acupuncture session, I will stay with you throughout the whole session (60 to 90 minutes). Where many other acupuncturists treat between two and four or more patients at a time or have been trained to use a formula-based approach without personal diagnosis, I look after one patient at a time, allowing me to provide an effective treatment that is unique to your needs.
